So when omega came out, the purpose of NPCs was missions, testing builds and farming credits. (and exp for early levels). Many have said that farming NPCs for credits doesn't work too well because we have less stats and it just didn't work too well, not enough reward for the work. I didn't really NPC before omega and I had no intention of doing so during omega. However, while grinding out battles against the frost demon for yeti pelts, I found it to be pleasantly easy to farm credits from him. I had a 100% win rate against him and each battle only took around a minute to complete. An hour's worth of fighting yielded a little over 2000 credits. I tried fighting him with my level 30 alt, and could still win 95% of the time, and he gave out an even greater number of credits due to the lvl difference. So anyway, I've been farming credits in anticipation of St. Paddy's day and, at least against the frost demon, it has proved to be very lucrative.

Anyway, I know many people have ill feelings about npcs, but has anyone else discovered that credit farming npcs isn't really to hard? (which one's did you use?)

I also fight Frost Demon cause i get that 15% chance of getting yeti pelt which i then can sell for 47 credits.
Sometimes i fight brachylagus who has a 15% to drop an Emerald which sells for 200 credits.

really a min for frost demon (lvl35) and 100% win rate. what class are you and a rough build idea to kill him.

NPC farming isn't as hard as people think it is. It is just that many people don't want to do them now since they only award credits and do give wins anymore.

 well i was never much into npc, so cant exactly tell the change but off late killed npc for yeti pelts and i ended up killing either lvl 30 yeti hulk or lvl 5 frost reaper(due to one shot kill in latter).regarding frost demon, i did win 90% of times but took me good 3-4 min to get his hp from 200 to zero.

My build is a 4 focus Bh, with good defenses. Smokescreen and a yeti makes the fight pretty fast.
