So you wanna counter nerfs by.. nerfing and not really affecting Focus? Smart idea. And SC buff "greatly" is a no - why would it be nerfed in the first place (from old 44% even)? Oh wait, to stop abuse since Energy wasn't trained for CHs unless really high Massacre & the return was awfully high (Energy control with EMP as well). This applies to Frenzy as well, nerfs wouldn't be done if it wasn't for the abuse. Fireball buff is also a no since it was nerfed to that of below Bolt since it stacks with BloodLust. Likewise with Plasma Cannon when compared to Bunker. And DA requirement? It's not even OP yet alone 48 Support requirement - pushing towards.. Focus. Zerker is also abuseable, despite being blockable hence why EP cost is 45. 37 is very low for its damage boost. Compare Double Strike to Zerker, power boost and EP cost. Exactly. Then make DS cheaper as well. SS nerf? Because it's really that bad. TLMs can do it well since MA goes well with high Tech but that doesn't mean it needs a nerf. Mercs will suffer even more on it. Support EMP? BHs will have 2 Shields + EP drain working off it. CHs will have Matrix + Malf + EMP and they can abuse Support builds thanks to Malf + Aux. With Tech, they already have PA which renders it useless (to have excessive amount of Tech). Buffing non-Tech skills irrelevant, even despite the fact Tech improves Bots. Focus isn't always focused on defence but some may go for offence. Focus has equal stats say say, by nerfing SS, you're nerfing builds that focus on Tech rather than be Focus. Focus already suffers from lower HP and EP than other builds, since they must get to 40/45 in all stats which hurts your HP/EP because you have less stat points for these. So you buff Plasma Cannon that uses Tech and that's fine. Buffing isn't always solution, especially if previous nerfs were justified already.
