Seldomly do ppl use them. They should do 100% in 2vs2 & Jugger....

Yeah, because they totally need more power by dealing 200% damage at cost of 8 more EP, right? If you want higher damage, bump up the EP cost on top of it. Many people will hate AS buff as well, and I've tried PR and it did well for me at 85% in 2v2 and Juggernaut.
