This is a kind of strange and possibly hard to implement idea, but it'd definitely be neat. Basically, I'm suggesting a tourney where 2 factions of the same alignment pair up together as a "faction team" to fight another faction team of the opposite alignment in a tourney. These 2 factions would register together into the tourney with each other's consent, and both factions must have the same number of members. Then, a 2v2 tourney will ensue between the 2 faction teams, where one person from each faction per team will join together (Faction A and Faction B are faction team 1, Factions 3 + 4 team 2. 1 member from Faction A will be paired with 1 member from faction B to fight in a 2v2 against a similar team comprised of members from the other faction team) and each 2v2 will go along until every member of each faction has fought 1 time only. At this point, if there's a tie, then both faction leaders will square off in a 1v1 best 2/3 to decide the winner. It's a basic tier elimination tournament (no double-elimination, single-elimination) among faction teams at that point. Hopefully this idea is understandable as I realize it's hard to digest this paragraph since it's so cluttered and not that well-organized...
