A couple of ideas for more balance: static grenade is just a free version of emp which returns energy. emp is kinda weak compared to it now. a few changes to emp could be: no cost, and 5 extra base drain points. this is so that it is better than static in draining. static grenade could be nerfed by 15 points, but its regain is 75%. battery backup is fine as it is on TM, but on tlm it isnt that good. to buff tlm we could replace it with a move that give an amount of HP and energy: at max it could be 25 hp and energy( could be adjusted). For merc, we will need to nerf static smash to 50%, but make it have 100% return and unblockable. maybe also reduce hybrid requirements to 35 at max, or switch to dex and tec? For static charge, make it 65% but ignore 20% of their defence/resistance. For the energy parasite move, remove requirement and make it 20% of their MAXIMUM energy at max level. tell me if you agree on my ideas.
