      • If both STR+DEX < INT*1.5 AND STR/5+DEX/20 < INT/4:

        • 105.33% or 110.67% or 116.00%

      • If not:

        • 104.00% or 108.00% or 112.00%

    • If Spells Are Used:

      • 102.00% or 104.00% or 106.00%

    This magical deck of cards is filled with enchanted cards that boost your damage output! You can randomly get a smaller boost, or one that's much stronger, it's all up to the luck of the draw!
