Bunker buster used to have a fairly large range on how much damage it could do, the range has been removed, which is cool. Problem is, all they did was remove the top end, and leave the skill only able to do the MINIMUM damage it used to be able to do, resulting in a huge nerf. Noticed this when I logged on to my merc just a few minutes ago, his bunker used to do 57-63, now it just does 570. Did this skill really need a nerf like that? Damage range got removed on Surgical Strike, too, but that was left at the top end of the range, so that's fine.
