 Have an opinion regarding a suggested character? Want some feedback on one of your imagined character concepts?
Use this thread for any and all discussions regarding character ideas posted in the Dragons, Undead & Paladins... oh my! Character Suggestion Thread III

Just wanted to clarify on some things.

1. You can post your art here to be critiqued IF you do plan on making it a suggestion. I feel you should have the chance to get some artistic advice before submitting the final project for a suggestion. Posting art just because you can is not allowed.
2. Please link to your suggestion if you wish to ask for critique. Don't post the suggestion here. This thread is not for that. Include any art(assuming forum rules are followed with it) and story(still assuming forum rules) or anything else that goes with it. If you do not wish to post it in the Character Suggestion Thread then you are allowed to use another site to do so(TwitLonger, DeviantArt, etc,.). I don't feel you should be forced to post in the thread because you may be saving the idea for a future contest. ~Mallet

@Athor: Hey lord, I see you made a jack in the box suggestion, reminds me of a mimic sketch I made. Think he could represent your character properly?

So, aside from the people who've extensivly helped and reviewed, you know who you are, what do the rest of you think of my suggestions? I can't get the links to properly work, but Cultist's at the top of 28 and Ancient One's near the bottom of 27.

@Undersoul: Oh I love a shout out to the deep ones, Wouldn't it be nice to have apprentice form as an initiate wearing light robes and a hood and have each succeeding evolution grow more grotesque until he becomes a full blown cultist at master rank? That and I like how it's a water character, we really need more of those right now.

^So he goes from armored knight to simple robed, near-mad barbarian? Most OS chars seem to gain armor when they evolve so that's interesting. Also I see that you added some...moosey-ness...to the char.

 @coconut I never realized that but it does seem to be the norm that most characters get more armor, barring a few exceptions such as Darkon, Blood Void and some ranks of the elemental nomads.

I'm working on a character design of my own right now, and my element choice is stuck between Neutral and Chaos(No, not connected to any AQW plots). But does anyone know what they're planning for the Chaos element, since they've made a point to not release any yet? I'd just choose Neutral if I knew Chaos was saved for only certain exclusive characters.

@Tally Like I said before, at least one Chaos character should be the purple and tentacle type as an homage to his roots. The others should be true chaos, the kind that sends your soul fleeing to the center of your being and taking with it the last bit of sanity and turns even the most seasoned veterans into little more than gibbering masses of flesh. You know, like a pony or something.

What do you guys think? Should I continue to refine and perfect my Cultist and Ancient One suggestions, or should I call it good and do a new one?

Sent Rev my suggestion, in a sophisticated manner, unlike some. Now I play the waiting game.

"Good effort" I hope he meant that in the "You did good" way and not the "Well, you tried" way.

Trying my hand at flash, currently drawing basic weapons and stuff but when I get better, maybe I'll make the character in which my name represents.
