Hny's AdventureQuest Worlds Gallery


Greetings and salutations! My name is Hnybnny (or Hny) and I'm just your average everyday ridiculously busy freshman artist (in college!). I created this gallery as another way to share my art, and to show it to more people! I draw mostly AQW art, so I'm excited to share it all. I'll be posting both works of art from the past and the present, so expect art change quickly as you go through the gallery.

I mostly stick to fanart, which is what you'll see here. There might be a few weapon or even armor designs thrown in though, if I get the inspiration! I do a lot of digital art, and do a lot of sketches as opposed to full, fleshed out art pieces. I use Paint Tool SAI, and a Wacom Intuos tablet.

If you want to see me draw a certain character/NPC, or even your own character, feel free to ask! I'd be happy to oblige. Don't just ask for your character and run, though. That ain't cool.

Hoo boy, my first piece of AQW fanart (at least, the first piece since I was 13 and I like to not remember that stuff)

My character about to fight Desoloth (and being mad at Warlic because this is NOT what she signed up for) *insert shrug emote here*

Militonius! An old art trade with one of my friends, and her fav character is/was this little bugger.

Alternatively titled, the beginning of my hatred of drawing armor.

Iadoa! Hands down my favorite Chaos Lord; and I really hope he reappears (cos if you remember, he's technically still alive, just 'recuperating' or however it is with chronomancers)

He's just extremely interesting to me, and how he actually HELPS the hero and actively resists the chaos. Luv me some Angry Time Grandpas.

So, before we were certain that Dage was a skelly, I liked to imagine him as more of like... a lich, I guess. More like the way Sepulchure is undead but still remains 'human' and humanlike in appearance. I based it off IRL Dage pretty heavily, for obvious reasons.

So I also LOVE the Mirror realm, and one of my favorite NPCs there is Mirror Warlic, the science man B^] His voice acting is kind of really amazing. I love him, he's gr9.

You know who's also gr9 in the Span? Warlic Golem/Warlic2.

Added crystals to make him more golem-y

This was my entry for the Season's Beatings AQW contest; I think I got 2nd place :0 Really fun to do and I enjoyed practicing my shading skills!

This was my entry for the AQDragons contest, featuring humanized Rivenslyth and Glacius. I didn't place, but that's fine as it was rather rushed. Whelp.

I tried designing an AQW armor? I guess? Based on one of my ocs :^3c

This was really quick but I tried to make it practical; and, it was kind of my first time drawing armor. Whelp.

Hoooo boy, here we go. This was an EXTREMELY fun thing to do. I tried my hand at designing some of the Chaos Lords 'Before They Fell', when they were Heroes of Lore as explained in the chaos realm. First up was Escherion; the Battlemage. Any suggestions to his design is happily appreciated; I'm pretty happy with it, but not totally.

"This is the tale of Escherion the BattleMage, a mystical warrior of Good and Light who rode his three-headed Hydra mount into battle against the Queen of Monsters, only to fall in the final battle."
