First of all it remove the "advantage" of ingnoring 5% of defense/resistance (it's practically nothing). So lest take it, and here comes the buff: Make it to give an extra 10% reward in next attack. With an extra 10% reward I mean: -Extra 10% damage. -Extra 10% life steal if mark of blood is on. Example: Lets imagine that you would do 200 damage with a normal strike. If you use fireball and then you strike, you will do 220 damage (+20 from 10%). And if mark of blood is on, you will get an extra 10%. At level 7 it gives 27%, and if you have used fireball, it will give 37% in your next turn. So following the example, you will get 81 health from that attack.
