The Neurotoxin cannot be found anywhere, rendering this quest incompletable.

Can this be fixed?

I did check the wiki before I posted a bug report, you know!

All jokes aside, I combed the entire dread plains, and while tower East is gone, there is a tree in the mid east room that matches it- and yet, with the mission active, nothing.
I promise that I don't post bug reports without being absolutely sure there's a bug. That aside, thanks for the help, and it's nice to see such a fast response time.
I hope to complete this soon, and your obvious dedication makes me feel a lot better about my chances of doing so.

(Edit: I forgot to mention that the plutonium is also missing; this is something that is much easier to find - the barrens outpost exile soldier is in a very distinctive room - and yet it's also not there.
Maybe the mission just isn't activating its temporary items for some reason?)

 I just checked the mission on the testing server and I was able to find both the Neurotoxin and the Plutonium. Can you try aborting the mission and accepting it again?

Just did so, and double-checked with the plutonium. Since it's nice and clear where it is, it's the perfect check: Go to exile soldier in end-of-bunker. Nada, sadly, and the same for the entire dread plains.

If you can find it on the testing server, it may be something wrong with the regular server or with my computer, since those are the distinguishing factors I've noticed.

It's nice to know that this is being examined. Thanks for your help!

The items were... in my bank.

That's why they didn't appear, at the spaces or in my inventory.
