Wasn't sure of where to put this. So, let's pretend there's a shiny new sword weapon out. It has really fancy art, but... it's auto-hit and deals Harm damage. According to the info-subs it "deals -30% damage for the auto-hit, and a further -10% for dealing Harm. It deals +8% damage for being 0-proc, and deals a further +15% in exchange for the player taking +(15/1.4)% damage. MC is a flat +5% damage. Melee/Magic toggle, standard damage and accuracy leans." Now, my questions are: what would a technically balanced auto-hit Harm weapon do to the game, and would it even be good for said weapon to be released?
