While that is factually true, we've learned it enough that the majority of us moved on to more pressing battles. RW is a terrible matchup against that. CW is a close killer, though you'll need a 200 Assist dragon at the least. If that's beyond you, Necro is a surefire tactic. Heck, I even did Ninja on it on the day of its release, though it will be a slog.
EDIT: While I don't like to be too much of a spoonfeeder, I'll provide a few more hints apart from the above provided that you use Necro or Ninja. 200 DEX, no guests, extra pots if you lack confidence, engage Adventure Mode in the Options before fighting that boss.
