Also as a note, we are interested in adjusting the prices and distribution of Bag Slots in the future. However, this may not happen for a few months due to the scope of the project. Definitely looking forward to this, it's certainly been one of the biggest issues with the game in the past. 20 slots might have been fine 15 years ago when there were only ~300 items in the game and one equip slot, but with the current state of the game (tens of thousands of items, 12 equip slots, multiple gear sets, utility of multiple weapons, gameplay where the stats of your gear actually matter, monetized cosmetics, storylines that require you to carry a specific item, storylines that require you to carry several items with no function for up to a year at a time) it's a ridiculous restriction that just isn't playable. What's somehow even more player-unfriendly than monetizing inventory space of all things was the actual pricing of each slot. Maxing out just your bag space (not counting bank at all) is 85,000 Dragon Coins, a minimum of $220 USD - that's 11x the price of the actual game! Getting to the milestone of 50 slots, a workable number for an endgame player who doesn't care about cosmetics, is a bit less unreasonable at only 10,000 Dragon Coins ($40 USD) - but that's still twice the price of the actual game just to make sure one of your characters has an inventory that actually, uh, inventories. Really glad this is going to be improved in the future, it's something that's needed to be addressed for a while.
