Galanoth: A rather large threat is approaching. Do you recall our recent defense of Draschemus's clan of peaceful dragons from the Doom Dragons, who found a way to recreate Doom Knight armor?
«You»: I do! Don't tell me there are MORE of them!
Galanoth: No-- It's worse than that...
«Scene zooms in on Galanoth»
Galanoth: With the aid of the greatest artifact hunters in all of Lore-- Valencia, Robina, Zephyros-- I tracked every last remaining piece of Doom armor down.
«Scene: Frozen Northlands»
Zephyros: That's it, Galanoth. The last piece of Doom armor!
Galanoth: I hope so, Zephyros.
«A speeding creature zooms in and steals the armor.»
Zephyros: !!!!
Galanoth: Someone-- something-- just stole it out from under us!
«Scene: Dragonstone»
«You»: Wow... So who was it that grabbed the Doom gauntlet??
Galanoth: We're not sure. Yet. But whoever it was left a calling card not long after I took up the trail.
«Scene zooms in on Galanoth»
Galanoth: A most disturbing calling card indeed...
«Scene: Another part of Dragonstone in the past, where Galanoth enters and looks upon a shield and Dragon Blade fused with dragon flesh.»
Galanoth: ???
«The shield's wings expand and parts of it start flashing with colors. The Dragon Blade glows green.»
Galanoth: That appears to be a Dragon Blade of some sort... and a shield. They both seem to possess some organic qualities-- as though they have been fused with dragon flesh?
Galanoth: And they have activated... along with my own Dragon Blade. Which can only mean...!!
«A Fusion Dragon enters.»
Galanoth: What on Lore are YOU!?!
«Scene returns to the present.»
«You»: Dragons-- FUSED with inanimate objects??
Galanoth: This one seemed to have shields melded with its skin, blades inside its arms, wagon wheels for its hind feet-- It was shocking, to say the least.
«You»: And that Dragon Blade and shield... also a fusion of metal and draconic flesh, then.
Galanoth: Both living and unliving together. I nearly hurled inside my helm.
«You»: TMI, friend... TMI.
«Sheila enters.»
Sheila: «You», Galanoth! Come quickly! Whoever it was who is responsible for this new horror is back--
«Scene zooms in on Sheila.»
Sheila: -- and they have launched an attack on Dragonspine!!!

Fusion Dragons
As Galanoth and other heroes of Lore neared the end of their search for the remnants of Doom armor, someone stole the last piece in existence-- a gauntlet-- and seems to have used it in some way to find a method to fuse dragon flesh to inanimate material! An army of dragons led by these new Fusion Dragons is raiding Dragonspine, home to the Vartai!

Lord Cyrus: You're-- Kessendra! I recognize you from our journey-circles! I taught you when you were a little girl!
Kessendra: Yes you did, Lord Cyrus. I thank you for that. I should also thank you for fighting my forces here... You did exactly what I needed.
«You»: Huh??
Kessendra: I knew the Dracomancers would be a good match for my dragons... So I committed only a small percentage to Dragonspine. It was a calculated defeat--
Kessendra: To give the main body of my army time to surround Battleon! I have also gained time to IMPROVE, thanks to a little help from one of your own... someone named Gaspar.
Lord Cyrus: No!
«You»: ... Gaspar. Cyrus, WHAT is your brother THINKING?!
