Single Monsters
Min Monster Level = (0.75*CharacterLevel) - 5
Max Monster Level = (1.15*CharacterLevel) + 1

Pack Monsters
Min Monster Level = (0.75*CharacterLevel) - 15
Max Monster Level = CharacterLevel - 20

If there are any restriction (such as when you fight a random Earth monster), then the ranges are expanded so that you can fight monsters 5 levels above/below the normal.
If you're using a different monster list, then the ranges are expanded so that you can fight monsters 8 levels above/below the normal.

List of Current Monsters

Hidden Monsters
These monster only appear in "pure" RA. If there are any restrictions (such as if you're fighting one random Earth monster) or if you're using a different list, then they won't appear.

For example, these all appear from the "Battle Monsters" button in Battleon.
