Twilly: It's--- SNUGGLEFEST! Yay! SnuggleFest is the one day a year that everybody is friends and nobody tries to hurt any monsters!
Twilly: Huh? What's that? The monsters are still trying to hurt YOU?? Well okay, I guess you can still fight them. Anyway, SnuggleFest is Twilly's favorite day!
Twilly: Want something fun to do? Go on special missions for people in Battleon! When you finish their mission, you become their "Hero"!
Twilly: Okay, Ive invited them in so they'll be here any minute! Complete all 8 missions to unlock something special:
Twilly: The SnuggleFest shop where you can get rare weapons, shields, pets, and more!!

Goliagath: I'VE BEEN RATHER UNLUCKY TODAY, ZEPHY!
Zephyros: Why? What happened?
Goliagath: I WAS DIGGING ALL DAY IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT AND FOUND ONLY BROKEN PIECES OF MY FELLOW STATUES.
Goliagath: AFTER SUCH DISCOURAGEMENT, I DECIDED TO HAVE SEAT AND REST FOR A BIT. i CHOSE A NICE SHADED SPOT UNDER THE GRUMYUM TREE.
Zephyros: The Grumyum tree? The big one on the edge of temple grounds? What happened there that's so unlucky?
Goliagath: THE TREE IS GROWING ABOVE A SERIES OF LAVA TUBES. MY GREAT WEIGHT BROKE THROUGH THE GROUND.
Goliagath: I JUST BARELY MANAGED TO SCRABBLE MY WAY BACK UP. SOMETHING FOLLOWED ME BACK.
Zephyros: Something - Oh. I know that feeling. I don't like it when THIINGS follow me up from some depths where I've been looking. They usually want some kind of REVENGE.
Zephyros: So what happened after you fought and defeated this thing?
Goliagath; TOO BIG.
Zephyros: Huh?
Goliagath: THING IS WAY. WAY. WAY TOO BIG FOR GOLIAGATH. IT'S RIGHT BEHIND ME. WE SHOULD RUN.

Farmer Eastman: Maybell, did you just see a man in a fedora, a stone giant, and a 15 foot tall insectilian run across town?
«Scene: Battleon»
Zorbak: What were you doing, «You»? Painting your house or something?
«You»: Actually, whenever you ask me to meet you somewhere, I tend to take my time getting there in hopes that you might get tired of waiting and go away.
Zorbak: Oh, YOU'RE a gunny one today. Meh. This isn't about me, its about two acquaintances who have been hiding out at my... hideout... for the past day.
«You»: ???
«Enter Goliagath and Zephyros»
«You»: Zephyros and Goliagath! What brings you from the ruins of Rundlecrum? Weren't you still busy excavating?
Zephyros: We WERE, until my colleague stumbled upon the den of an ancient monster that had been slumbering for what must have been centuries.
Goliagath: SORRY.
Zephyros: The beast seems to have... imprinted on me. It wont stop following me. We ran for... a few days, and ended up at Zorbak's.
Zephyros: He was able to hide us well enough that the creature lost our scent. ...I think the rotting corpses helped.
Goliagath: I STILL SAY THAT IT FELL IN LOVE WITH YOU.
Zephyros: Not another peep out of you, big boy...
«You»: That's-- quite entertaining. So are these feelings... shared?
Zephyros: I can flick a mite off of a hummingbird's wing, while its flying, from 20 feet away, with my whip. Without moving my arm. And I've had a very bad day. Don't you start with me.
Zorbak: Meh. I know all about this monster. It's a Klang. A mixture of insect and reptile... an insectilian. I've studied them as an example for my necromantic work.
Zorbak: They hibernate for decades, sometimes longer, wake up to feed and breed for a few days, then go back into hibernation. That lets them live upwards of 500 years.
Zephyros: Wait a-- You said it's going to do nothing but feed-- and breed?
Zorbak: Yes. Yes I did. Mehehehehe... BUT the Klang's brain is so primitive that we can trick it simply by luring it back to where it hibernates.
If it finds itself back there, it will automatically think it's time to hibernate again. There's a problem, though. We can't just lure it there any old way. We need to break the imrint it has on Zephyros.
Zorbak: The Klang won't hibernate again until that imprint is gone.
«You»: What are we going to do??
Zorbak: We? You mean "you". I'm not going anywhere NEAR that thing! Mehehe!
«Zorbak leaves»
Zephyros: He's very good at coming and going at inopportune times.
Goliagath: MMMH HMM.
«You»: What we need... is an expert opinion. Follow me, guys.
«Scene: Warlic's Shop»
«You»: Warlic, are you in--?

Warlic: Why, lure it back to its den, of course. But to do so will require you to present the Klang with an option so tempting that it can pull the Klang away from Zephyros.
«You»: Hmmm. ...OH!! Warlic, do you happen to have any more of that Love Potion 729 solution left over from a couple SnuggleFests ago?!
Warlic: What? Are you joking? That stuff transformed me into WABIO--
Warlic: -a super-hunky version of myself who not only possessed my formidable magical powers, but was also irresistible to every female withing a thousand-league radius!
«You»: ................
Warlic: ............. Right.
«Warlic leaves and returns»
Warlic: I most definitely DID keep a measure of Love Potion 729. I wouldn't be one of the most intelligent men on Lore if I hadn't.
«You»: You have to use it again. Warlic. Wabio is the ONLY thing on Lore that is going to draw the Klang away. I'll go with you on the way back to the ruins.
Warlic: Zephyros, you and Goliagath will need to stay here to hold back all of the women who will be converging on Wabio's location.
Zephyros: That won't be a problem.
Goliagath: HEHEHE.
