Increases BTH of Magic Ice Spells by 6. Upkeep cost of 8 SP per turn.
Returns 22 MP when a Magic Ice Spell is used. This does not count for Ice-Element Guest summons. Upkeep costs 16 SP per turn.

This tiny stabilized shard of Mana Ice can have one of three effects on your Ice spells! As powerful as the Level 60 Mana Ice!
