If you die while the guest is active, this healing pool is emptied in an effort to revive you***. Your HP is considered negative when this occurs, so the healing must restore all the damage you have just taken and still bring you to at least +1 HP or it will not work****. *The Angel Guard flickers, requiring Mana.
