Hi all! I’m Memory of a Nightmare! Recently I was chosen to become a new ArchKnight of the OOC Room. Thank you for the congratulations and other nice responses so far. Not breaking any traditions, this is my Meet the ArchKnight thread!

Basic facts so you can get a picture of me: I’m male, young as in not old, 5 feet 10 inches/178 cm tall and weigh about 128 lbs/58 kg. Light skin, quite long currently reddish hair and dark grey eyes with a tint of blue to them. My level of physical appeal depends on your imagination’s interpretation of this information!

My main interests are: Music and singing, games (Artix, Pokémon, and some other stuff) and also humanitarian questions. Though it’s nothing I’ve put it into practice yet, I mainly focus on equality, LGBT rights and fighting norms and stereotypes.

But you can ask me about almost anything!

The rules:
- Naturally, the General Forum rules apply, as does the OOC Rules.
- Yes, I have an interest in human rights and the like, but remember that we have a list of prohibited and probationary topics before asking about my opinion on various things.
- I have no school next week, so that’s likely when I’ll start editing in answers. Ten questions maximum per post. Thinking of clever answers takes time. For variation, make sure your posts end up on different pages! (Assuming we’ll reach two or more pages, otherwise it’s fine.)
- I have the right to not answer a question for whatever reason. I’m very open though, so ask on.

Thread will be open until March 7th, 3 5 PM Server Time, so take your time to make up questions and have fun!

Joyce probably, manuals are interesting if you learn something from them.
2. Do you peg your washing to the clothesline or just let it hang loose?
Depends on the season. We only have a clothesline outdoors. Most of the time my parents do the laundry anyways. :)
3. What's the latest time of the day you can drink a coffee at without it robbing you of sleep?
I don't drink coffee. :3
4. Pick your cyberpunk: Neuromancer or Blade Runner?
Blade Runner. I've actually heard of that before, whatever it is.
5. What's your desktop like? Minimalist? Tidy? Or a jumble of icons from programs you don't even remember installing?
On my PC I have Google Chrome, Library and Recycle bin gathered in Fences. On my Mac I have nothing permanent. I'm very organized. ^.^

I don't really have one... Oh, but I remember that fire monster I fought a few weeks ago! There were many status effects involved, and the battle was really intense! I don't think I've ever experienced such an awesome battle earlier!

Since I can't think of anything just like that the answer is probably no...
If the answer to the above question is yes, who wears black and who wears blue?

I don't have a favorite singer that I like solely for their singing, but I'll say Loreen. She's from my hometown. :) Try listening to her commercial song "Euphoria" or not-so-commercial "Heal".

I prefer the dull ones.

It was unintentional when I changed my name, but yes, I am fully aware of it.

Probably one where you're a blue poodle out walking, and suddenly you're forced to jump into what turns out to be a bottomless pit to avoid being run over by a truck. If one were to dream that they wouldn't forget about it. Er-hem...

You bet. The OOC is pretty calm too, but I still take the task very seriously. Except for here.

Totally awesome. Lately I've managed to stay on top of Happiness Hill for weeks, without being pulled down into The Depths of Depression by The Hands of Reality.
2. Favorite TV show?
Once Upon A Time. I love they way the show's written.
3. Puppies or kittens?
Kittens, paws down.
4. Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics? Which do you find most interesting? P.S. Astronomy is part of Earth Science.
Earth Science. While not a large interest of mine, I'd probably prefer it over the others.
5. Coke or Pepsi?
I've always been more of a Pepsi person. :)
6. Gummy worms or gummy bears?
Aren't they the same? But ok, worms.
7. Favorite music genre?
Symphonic Metal. But I listen to everything except rap, hip-hop, R'n'B and most of what's on the Spotify Top Lists.
8. Cake or ice cream?
Cake! Because you eat it for special occasions!
9. Pizza or fried chicken?
Pizza! I find the taste of chicken unreliable...

First of all, congrats Nightmare.

1. Today I had a pretty weird dream.
First of all, it was a bad dream where I went to my friend's after sending him some files, and then I found his mother unloading a bunch of supposedly apple pies, I opened his computer and found the files, also....

A file talking about mother-son assassinations. Next thing I know she grabbed me, and supposedly I woke up.

The thing is, I didn't really wake up, I was still in the dream, and weirdly, I was in my 13 years old body, in my old home. So I went to my parents, they didn't wake up, and went into another dream into a dream, and this was the awesome part, I needed to rescue someone so I suddenly became Aragorn and used Anduril to cut him loose.

Then I woke up but not really woke up again, to a weird dream where I was given cardboard by people, threw them out, came back and apologized, then my father took me out with him, then suddenly threw me out, as I met several random friends from the past, then I finally woke up.

Since you're a dream master, what is the cause?
I am? Since when? The only thing I can say is: dreams are amazing. They seem to mix our memories, what we've experienced recently and what we know we're about to experience with other factors that matters in our lives. Sometimes dreams are completely unexplainable... Anyways, you win a prize for longest MtAK question.
2. Do you play much AE games?
From time to time. I basically only play Adventure Quest nowadays, waiting for AQ3D. Since I'm close to the Level cap, I don't play too often so the game will last longer! :D
3. If so, what are your favorites?
Well...
4. Cake or pies?
It depends... :/ It's not like all cakes are better than pies or vice versa.
5. How will you use your powers?
Sometimes you'll see it, sometime you won't. In 9 cases out of 10 we know what we're supposed to do. Trust me. ;)
6. 2500 cents or 250 dollars?
Meh, I'd have to go and exchange them for my currency anyways...

Why not both? :D
7. How's life?

1: Save a town of burning kittens or save a burning town of Humans?
Burning town of humans. It would be so much easier, and maybe they could come with me to save the kittens afterwards! What is important to point out when answering this kind of questions is that I prioritize the humans, but I don't value them higher. A life is a life. Some people will have problems understanding this, but that's how it is.

Wait? Was the choice between a burning town with humans and a town made out of burning kittens? o_0
2: Ever played any Final Fantasy game? If so which one is your favorite?
I haven't actually! I've seen my brother play some and I'm not sure I'd appreciate the turn-based battle system. I don't know if it's used in every game.
3: You must've heard of i! The Great Sephiroth! The One Winged Angel? Am I right? *Proud Face*
Oh yeah, I beat Sephiroth up good in Kingdom Hearts II once! Oh... wait.

4: Digimon or Pokemon? OR Memes!?
Pokémon all the way. I enjoy memes too.

What would a cyborg conversion mean then? Losing senses? Immortality? I'll stay human.

I'm absolutely positive the answer is yes, but I can't give an example. Everything you experience every day affects you one way or another, some things more than others, in the end making you who you are.

Hmmm... how long has it been since I participated in a MtAK? (rhetorical question; does not count!) Probably long enough that I can re-use questions...

Do you have to be insane to become an Archknight, or does becoming an Archknight make you insane? Because, ya know, I read some of these questions your fellow AKs ask and... yeah...
I think... you need to show some signs of being slightly insane to even be considered in the first place. As soon as you're accepted the curve just keeps rising...
How many roads must a man walk down, and will Bob Dylan ever figure out the answer? He's been singing that song long enough. (PS: The answer is NOT 42, sorry Douglas Adams fans)
I hope the answer is "infinite". It's a nice song. :)
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood, provided said woodchuck also had access to a chainsaw and a chipper-shredder?
X times more wood than it would have chucked without chainsaw and chipper-shredder, or simply "a lot". Isn't that cheating though?

As stated before, no cake can be better than all pies, and vice versa. The question has no answer! :O

I think Pepperoni. I have never felt that the amount of cheese on whatever we're talking about has been unsatisfactory. Extra topping never hurts on the other hand. :)
Celestia or Luna?
What are we talking about? I say Celestia because I know Lady Celestia from Dragonfable. :O
And perhaps the most important question...

Who is your favorite Pony?
Slightly allergic, I avoid horses. Sorry.

Ah yes, Memory of a Nightmare. How wonderful this occassion is, for as far as I know you only become an AK once, so congratulations are in order and celebration is required.

Now, on to the questions...

1: If you had to name one forumite to be your rival but not enemy, who would it be?
popinloopy. :p
2: Integrity, pride, honour, perserverence, or randomness?
Randomness. Because I think that could very well in some situations include any of the others. No?
3: Purple, Bloo, or monochrome gray?
Purple of course! Although, this guy was pretty awesome too...
4: I know you said about cake and pie earlier, but this is specific. Tri Leche Cake or French Silk Pie?
Googled for pictures. The pie looked more delicious.
5: Pokemon or AE?
I've been into Pokémon a few years longer, but the Artix Community is like an online home.
6: What is your favorite generation of Pokemon?
I really liked the design of the Hoenn region in G3. The fourth and fifth introduced some awesome new mechanics though. In the end Ill say Generation 5. But hey, Generation 3D is soon upon us!
7: How many jubjub birds can exist before it is no longer brillig, and slithy toaths no longer gyre and gimble in the wabe?
Am I supposed to not get that even after some Googling?
8: You aren't not unfamiliar with double-negatives, no?
