Personally any person with any build with this gun makes it extremely OP. Opinions on the Azrael gun?

Agreed. It's the new version of boosting.

No skill required.

Doesn't really bother me too much tbh. But i can see how it can be a pain if the person uses the Sidearm then Massacres next turn.

^I believe that was aimed at me.. :(

It's extremely OP'd, yeah. Imagine when it's in game for everybody, next year.

I love it, it gives yetis more use and players are forced to actually plan more and think ahead to counter it.

^But it's never used tactically.

It should do 0 damage, that would promote some thinking, "Hmm, I should use it now to waste his rage, I should use it now to delay his bot"

It's supposed to be a strategical core, rather than a free turn core.

^ 0 would be too low 'coz that's like giving the opponent a free strike.

^It keeps the focus on wasting rage, delaying skills or helping you survive to use a skill of your own.

I don't think that it's OP, you just have to keep in mind to heal early enough, so that you don't get killed the next round.

I think personally that its been nerfed enough & its suppose to be a strong weapon, because it was a $50 package. My only concern is that if next year it is attainable in game for credit/varium then the Azreal weapon/s will lose its value completely. I sure hope if this game wants to make more money out of the Azreal gun/aux it should come back as a package item/s due to its powerfulness, unless Dev's want to ruin this game of course.

if anything they should make a another core that has a similar ability but instead it does 0 DAMAGE and make your enemy skip a turn sort of it a stun? should be for the aux since right now does 2 core they have are useless

@frogbones: Skill is required if you want to use it correctly. If you're talking about those builds that use it before massacre for a sure kill, then the massacre build is the thing lacking skill requirement, not the core itself. If anything has no skill required, it's shadow arts. I use azrael's will to waste opponents' rage mainly, which most definitely requires skill as you have to predict when it's coming based off of things like blocks.

@elite tuga: I'm just kind of disappointed that there will be near no perma-rare promos. Interestingly enough, pretty much all the package promos from delta were perma-rares, so maybe the staff were and still are experimenting.

Compared to other questionable cores, I believe Azraels Will is nothing close to OP. It gives the enemy a free strike and gives YOU a possible block.

Before everyone looks at THIS core, how about we look at Platinums Pride with the uppercut? The uppercut deals 100% physical damage, can be used on rage, AND steals 25% of the opponents rage, making it currently the best, if not most overpowered armor, in game. And now with armors the way they are? Yeah...

MAKE IT DO 0 Damage, for god sakes, forcing me to strike is already taking it too far...

Well the benefit is too much, acting like a free turn. I think should have only a 85% success rate or it shouldn't increase your rage meter when you use the special.

Im fine with the azrael gun. To counter it you need the yeti, which will disable it for a few turn. And I have beat some few who use the azrael gun, so I think it fine.

@odsey

SOLUTION TO THIS:

When you are on rage then you get hit by the Azreal Gun,
Your rage wont be affected. Which means you still got your rage
After using the azreal gun. Also, This will have a 20% chance ONLY
WITH 100% normal gun Damage (will act as a passive core)
So, whoever got a passive core already, will get a refund of
7k credits which will be used after the core has been turned into
passive. So, the user can probobly get the Energy shot, or spend
the refund to another item.

The core will act like our aux's ''Stun Blast'' core.
But it has 20% chance to make you strike.
It has 100% damage.

Any comments? :p

@lolo666 Not supported, I like it better if it is active core, not passive. And it could be use more than 1 time if its a passive core.

@lolo666: Definitely no. A better idea would be what you said, not impacting rage, but for both sides. We don't want the user to feel "stunned", and also wasting the opponent's rage on Strike is a too devastating.

@rayniedays56: Using comparing methods, I found that platinum's pride itself is on par with generator, based off of the build. Generator is much more useful on most focus builds, but platinum's pride is far more useful on strength-based builds.

I understand why it has such a big effect.

It costs 50$ and buyers deserve the best from their purchase.

BUT, this doesn't give them the right to have a gun that has a core so powerful, it is deemed OP.

Agreeing with ansh0's statement:
quote:

it's never used tactically.

It should do 0 damage, that would promote some thinking, "Hmm, I should use it now to waste his rage, I should use it now to delay his bot"

It's supposed to be a strategical core, rather than a free turn core.
