@Depressed Void, Considering what you posted, you're saying it's not copyright-ed? Yes I know games (and other things) copy things and have nearly/same features in the game itself but they're mostly the basic things. Things that do not matter or affects the outcome in a great manor. Copying things is still an issue. If you became more popular once that feature was added, can you say, "Oh, we didn't copy your ideas. All that happened was, we were inspired by your ideas"? As far as I've been told by my I.C.T teacher, copyright charges doesn't always come with selling products. If you make artwork by copying the whole design, it is copying and if you take ownership of it, the original creator can take action with the authorities. Before you create a game, you need a good name. Names that are legal and not offending anyone. HeroSmash was supposed to be called something like SuperheroQuest. That wasn't allowed since DC comics said "super hero" was their trademark. O_O As much as this will be helpful, it is also going into the style of other games. If you recruit someone, you get a percentage of experience gained by that person.
