Lately, there have been alot of complaint threads prior Omega release.
Making it hard for the AKs to do there work, which is keeping the forums clean prior to ''Tha Rules''.

So what if there was some kind of place where players can express their feelings about this game?
Where Feedback about releases can be placed.
Where the so called Offensive Players can express their feelings and blow off steam?

This would:
1. Keep the forums ''Bad Words Free(almost then)''.
2. Discourages so called ''Complaint Threads''.
3. Keeps the in-game chat logs cleaner.
4. Decreases the pent anger.

And of course, there will be alot of Name-Calling in such posts to this Place, but it would atleast keep the forums more clean, and of course also ED chats itself.

Nearly all companies in the world got this, because this discourages complaining in ''public (like forums)''.

Whatcha think of this?
Would it come in handy?

^ This is not supposed to be for forums only.
Players should not be needed to join a forum to express their feelings, where they eventually get banned.

Currently you got no option to tell the Game about bad releases etc etc.
There should be one, as it would decrease the pent anger and might even keep players playing longer.

This suggestion does NOT need to be on the forums.

Cause it could be one of those 3 options.
Box is probably the best option. A button beneath the ED screen when playing, next to Forums would already do the trick.

I meant not forums only because this is not supposed to be keeping the forums clean, but complaining in general.
Because complaining happens nearly everywhere (FB, Twitter, forums and In-Game).

This would make it alot easier for not only the Devs and AKs, but also for us.

Supported
But developers wouldn't like those forums even tho they could see what players don't like and improove it won't happen here is why.
E.g. I make Ipads and then there would be many people that would say that it is not worth buying it that it is very very bad it is a rip off ect... i wouldn't like that since new people would read it and say well i won't buy an Ipad because so many people complain....
So no this would never happen but i'd like a post like that after all in last 5 matches the last turn was a critical and ruined my win (plasma bolt next turn kill 100%)

Not neccasserily.
If they were to implement a Complaint Box, with a before developed Sheet, which can be only read by the ''Admins'', no other customers could read the complaints from other customers.
This would make the complaints anonymous which is also great in accordance with privacy rights.

This Box, can be made very easily, and would be a Steam Off place for the the people with pent anger, or the Feedback place for the more serious people.
Of course, there will be some Name-Calling to the devs, but this can also be prevented by a Chat Filter in that ''Complaint'' part.

That is where the Mailing system is less good, as there will still be alot of name-calling in there.

As far as a open format rant anything you want complaint box... there probably not much benefit in this. For one, broken English would be horrible to decipher. And two, when people are presented with a open format soap box, the content of submissions is always poor quality. I used to teach... anytime I gave a writing assignment without a clear direction it was simply chaos. It was like reading signs rusted and covered in mud. I never knew what they were trying to say.

However an anonymous player survey "how would you rate this game" I could get behind. Direct questions focused around areas of improvement that's constructive and a small comment box of 500 works or less.

Solution: Automatic Message before placement of complaint:
For a proper handling of your complaint, we appreciate it if you use a Translation programma if you do not feel confident about your English being readable.
Example: Google Translater

Like I mentioned, complaint places have always been a steam off place for pent anger and such.
If the content is poor, you simply ignore it. A lot of Customer Services do this with complaints, as it does not furfill their standards, same goes with bad words in it, just ignore and move on to another complaint.

Having a Complaint Box is also good for service to the customers, which you already don’t do much, with the exception of Social media of course.

This will keep the Forums, the Devs Twitters and FB a lot more cleaner of complaints and such.
It can be seen as a Win-Win situation..

Surveys are for a limited time, only concentrated to a certain subject.
Wont be much of an use if you want feedback about the Whole Game..

Complaint Boxes are there any given time, i cant see anything bad behind this, for the exception of some Name Calling to the Admins which are reading the complaints..
