 Promo items that are coming back next year should have a Varium-Only price. After all, it is a promo item. When the Azrael's Gear come back, we don't want it to be nerfed, right? You could make it 500-1000 Varium each or something. If Azrael's get nerfed, then a lot of people will complain. Or, if every player has it in EpicDuel, there's no point of making any new Auxs and Guns anymore.
What do you think guys?

Not supported in the least.

The whole point of varium whether you buy it or use it is for it to be a short cut not a way to promote the old power creep. Making the promo's varium only will not only cause this power creep to happen again, but it will also cause the staff to break their promise with making promos come back in a year being available for all.

 Hmm. That's true if you put it that way.
Then there's a 0.000000000618 chance that Azrael's is gonna stay the way it is.

Not like anyone was happy about the weapons in the first place. Many people say that Azreal's made players quit? We'll find out soon enough.

I hope Azreal gets nerf either way. Like Mother1 said. Point of the Varium packages is for the shortcut and the promo in it. Some things might or might not return like Azreal and like Duel Thrusters said. No one was happy at all with Azreal in the first place and it will most likely be nerf. If it wasn't coming back it can stay the way it is. If it doesn't get nerf then allot of players might (JUST might) quit.

 Well, if it isn't getting a nerf, why would players quit? They can just get it themselves.

Ok maybe it was a silly idea. But it was worth a shot. A person can be dreaming about using the most OP items in game.

How would you nerf Azrael's Will, and Azrael's Torment is slightly balanced the fact it only deals 85% but it takes away 65% of the opponent's buff which is too much in my opinion.

55% would be a good percentage for the core.

 Then you have to nerf the Azrael Bot too, so it matches the % on Azrael's Torment. After all, they are the same abilities. Furthermore, you'd have to nerf Assault Bot in the same way because the two Bots are the same but work on different basis - one on yourself and other on your enemy (and deals some damage which could be seen as Varium advantage for promos).

Yes, we were told Azrael and Assault should and will be on par with each other and this applies to all cores of the same type.

I can see that Robot Specials should be decent apart from that, there is really nothing you can do but to nerf the Auxiliary Core, and the two Robots.

 Dual's nailed it. It can be nasty effect but only once per battle, unlike the Bot. This is really why subjective balance is bad.

We nerf that, we nerf the assault bot. We nerf the assault bot, we need to nerf debuffs. We nerf debuffs, we need to nerf sheilds. Suddenly, offense is the way to play.

The robot does very little damage, and even with stat and focus abuse doesn't do huge damage unless 1 of the 2 factors happen or both.

1 The person has weak defenses
2 you manage to crit with the sting.

Heck even when I crit with the sting the most I get on a heavy armor person (the kinds of people who use debuffs) is 12.

Not only that the robot unlike the aux doesn't have a energy counterpart so damage is locked to physical damage.

How would you know my purpose of getting this Robot?

Everything doesn't have to be in Damage though but the effect, like of course, the Assault Bots.

This concept is different to the Sidearms and Auxiliaries.

I already know they aren't returning.

Nice pun there made me chuckle.

@ segawoman

I was just letting you know that even though the effect can be repeated that the damage was weak. Especially since it is 60% damage for the 65% buff removal.

Sorry if it seemed like I was assuming you wanted it for damage instead of the ability to use the debuff more than once. It is the main reason why I like the bot better then the aux myself.
