 Have an opinion regarding a suggested character? Want some feedback on one of your imagined character concepts?

Finally, I finished my 1st contest suggestion! I would appreciate some feedback, so I'll put a link here

Edit: Well, luckily for me, I had a backup plan. I posted it here so that I could get some feedback. Also thanks for telling me, otherwise I wouldn't have known.

First things first, the contest requires that you suggest a water character to have a chance to win. It also doesn't have enough attack cards to warrant 4 incinerates.

Not sure how to link to my suggestion, but it's posted now! I spent a bit of time on it,
not even realizing I had the idea until it had almost fully bloomed! As is, I'm
proud to say, I have completed my first character suggestion for Oversoul =Þ

Dunno if you've seen it yet, but the Super Squirter suggestion by The Finnish Phoenix is absolutely awesome XD. Laughed so hard reading it :D

Only complaint I have about the watergun it only has 1 shield and no healing cards?

The Finnish Phoenix has my vote for sure XD. We could do with more humorous characters in this game :). It's bizarre but that's the beauty of it!

Yeah, that true it would actually be good for farming for gold since you can destory stuff so fast with it.

At a glance, you might want to shorten it because most players won't have the attention spans to read through all of it when voting time comes.

@above Sorry but I agree with the jop that story might be a little to long to keep people's attention.

I would also like to see a little bit about how the Titan came to be, if it's possible

Everything seems good, you just might want to add some story about how he became a pirate and what it was like to turn into that water being. More story means more of a chance to get the reader interested in the character and vote for you.

@megakyle
A good suggestion overall, but a little about the Mirror Shield Of Aracos would be nice, so it doesn't just seem like a plot device that can do anything. Something that explains why it does what it does.

@The Jop I will work on the story more tomorrow since its 11pm now. Did you look at there decks I suggested a couple new cards in my legendary deck?

Oh, yeah. The card seems balanced, but I've never had a character with new cards make it into the game. It's risky to submit a character where a new card also has to be introduced for the character to get in-game, so the safer thing to do would suggest a deck with cards already in-game. You didn't mention the cost of Barrage either.

The Jop: Well basicly, The Mirror SHeild of Aracos is a mirror that gives it's wielder the power over mist, reflections and water, at the cost of being cursed and having to consume souls to live. It's personalty, like a mirror, reflects the personality of the person. So if, say, a minion of Nulgath had got it's hands on it... it would NOT have been a good thing. But since the current wielder is a noble knight, the shield is noble too.

I know that's how it works, but I would like to hear about how it can do that and why. Magical shields don't just come from nowhere.

Well. . . .I gave a an easy explanation of how it came into being, and why it is bound to the ground .. .

I have an idea of going into detail on how it was actually made. . .but that'd make it a lot longer. . .. should I? xDDDD

Or should I just keep submitting more characters?

You should go into detail on how it was made and cut down on the encounter with it, in my opinion. It's better to work on one character than submit several decent ones.

By the way everyone, the way to link to a specific forum post is http://forums2.battleon.com/f/fb.asp?m="whatever the message i.d. is". I'm sure there are several ways to find the message i.d., but the way I do it is I click the "Fwd" button on the post I want to link to, and the message i.d. is displayed on the end of the link that pops up.
