Stick of Unlies

Magic Sceptre, +3 BtH on weapon attacks and *85/88 damage. MC effect has it boost Earth spell damage. Boosts Earth spells to *1.09375 of their normal damage. Special works like Lycan Slasher, but doesn't heal HP ever. Targets monster MP first, and if that runs out, overflows to HP (with appropriate damage adjustment). Does half damage if player is under 80% MP, and heals MP based on damage done/MobEarthRes, otherwise does full damage with no MP healing.

EDIT: The BTH lean is just on normal player attacks.

The Special damages your opponent's MP. It deals *1.5 damage. Any overflow damage is removed from your opponent's HP (lost HP = round(overflow damage/1.5)).

If you have less than 80% MP, then the Special deals *0.5 damage. and you heal MP equal to the damage dealt / [monster Earth resist]. The healing is based on the "pure" damage dealt (not the "real" damage), so if you deal 100 damage and your opponent only has 10 MP left, then you heal based on the 100 damage.

The attack doesn't auto-hit, so there's no *0.85 penalty. The healing is based on the attack, and the attack needs a hit roll, so the healing doesn't take the 0.85 penalty.
Got this, thanks. ~Carandor

@Ash: But, by that logic, all Dracopyres are also Werepyres/Dracovamps/Dracowolves so wouldn't that mean that all three triggers stack against Dracopyres and both the middle and bottom triggers stack against Werepyres/Dracovamps/Dracowolves?

Does this imply that the old versions of Darklaw / Lyfang would still use the old trigger system? I think there's been a misunderstanding otherwise the old versions are a bit overpowered

The "Also note" is for the old Darklaw with its old trigger, for the purpose of properly listing its past stats. There was some confusion in /dev about why the Dracopyre trigger was lower than the other trigger.

The triggers on the new Darklaw don't stack. It's like the elemental Dragon Blades.

Note for the Overlord weapon: for the *1.05 damage part, the monster doesn't necessarily have to be "affected by Flames of the Supreme Overlord". It just has to be Burnt, and the Burn's Level needs to be >= the item's PowLvl.

I'm sure that it's either -3 BTH or *85/88 lean right? It can't be both of a loss. If one loses doesn't another have to gain?

Derp. Sorry, it's been a long weekend.

    It's a -3 BTH lean. So *85/82 damage.

And that should be a -, not a +. So the monster deals less damage.

Last time I picked up temp Darklaw from The NightBane Chronicles Part III, it has the updated art. Can't be sure for the old rare ones since I don't own them.

    ^ Got it, thanks. :)

Strange enough I could/can pick up the old version of Temporary Darklaw from War for Darkovia.
I'm not sure if IMR will remove it and add the new version.

So, there're two images for the Temporary Darklaw. I'll leave this to an AK to remove the old version if needed and probably to fix the location from both rare and temporary versions if needed. Thanks.

Edit 1: Fixed, thanks pure tppc for the correction. :)

Edit 2: Fixed. Thanks IMR. :D
