I'll probably won't be done with the IC for a while, and all the NPCs that are being listed currently are just there for anyone choosing to play as a character in/knowing H.U.N.T.E.R. I'll go on more about in-universe stuff later in this OOC, and here is the IC link. Questions would very much be appreciated.
