I'll probably won't be done with the IC for a while, and all the NPCs that are being listed currently are just there for anyone choosing to play as a character in/knowing H.U.N.T.E.R. I'll go on more about in-universe stuff later in this OOC, and here is the IC link. Questions would very much be appreciated.

What the policy on universal travelers? While I would prefer no universal travelers, I really don't have any reason to deny them. Though if you do use a traveler, I don't want their traveling ability to be innate. Traveling between universes isn't just a casual thing, and I would prefer it to be a learned/external thing so the why of their desire is stronger than just "I could, so why not?". By the why, what do you guys think of everything so far? Its actually much more complicated and expansive than it looks, and I'll mainly just explain H.U.N.T.E.R's C.H.E.S.T division unless anyone shows interest in others.
