The buff: The core choose 2 random skills from the 4 highest skills. It shows you the 2 skills choosen, and then, you have to select which skill you want to put in cooldown. Example: My Massacre build: Field Medic (lvl 1), Cheap Shot (lvl 1), Energy Shield (lvl 1), Smoke Screen (lvl 1), Mark of Blood (lvl 9), Static Grenade (Max), Reflex Boost (lvl 1), Massacre (lvl 8), Poison (max). The core will randomly select 2 of my 4 highest skills (Poison, Massacre, Mark of blood and Static Grenade). Lest say it choose Poison and Mark of Blood. You have to choose the one you want to put in CD. Why it will work: In this way, the core is more effective. Everytime you use it, you will get at least a minimum advantage. I have seen this core taking a skill that was used the turn before. Obviously you wont choose a skill that was recently used. Also sometimes, it takes the worst skill, and it isnt as PyroFly that it takes it from the rest of the battle. It can be used again once the CD is over. So often you will be able to choose between a weak and a strong skill. Maybe its better 5 skills instead of 4: It can also work with the 5 highest skills. At first I wanted to suggest it, but when I was writting the example, I saw that my build just dont have 5 highest skills. So the core wouldnt be effective in players with this kind of builds. Maybe is ok, players with this core have to find the correct moment to use it. If your opponent has his skill points focused in 4 skills, you dont have to use the core because it will choose the skills from all the three. Anyway, I guess 5 is better than 4. And if you find important this inconvenient, then you can make the core work just with skills over level 1. So if someone has a build like mine, the core will just work with the highest 4 skills.
