Other information
As of the changes to the DEX stat on April 2nd, 2021, ability's DoT effect is increased by (DEX/4)%.
Previously did not affect the DEX damage bonus, which otherwise increased damage against foes affected by DoT effects by 3(DEX/80)%; this DEX damage bonus resultant of DoT application was replaced on April 16th, 2021.
