My character is a LUK beastmaster, I have both. I tested both of them on lv 150 Void Dragons. If you care only about stacking burns, then Sunburst Amulet wins hands down. Not only does it auto hits, you only need one successful roll to inflict a 5 turn powerful burn. Oni Mask is too dependent on amount of hits. Too much time is wasted on those hits. And even then the burn may not inflict. However, sometimes it is situational. Oni mask works well if you use it with a multi hit armor and spell. Because of the auto hit bonus, it is best to use it with the Samukematsuri equipment. Sunburst Amulet PROS - More powerful burn (5.87 versus 2.2 for Oni mask for one infliction) and succession rate. It uses CHA after all. With two infictions from the amulet, Power 10.56 can easily be reached. - Extremely deadly with Neko class. With fire guest and pets, 150 void dragons stood no chance. - Needs only one roll for success. - Stat Boost pretty useful if you are beastmaster. - Burn Potency. Would not only support you but your pets and guest as well. CONS - SP cost for infliction can be somewhat draining. - Infliction consumes a turn. Samukematsuri Oni Mask PROS - Useful stat boost - Smaller overall SP cost - High infliction rate if attack is multi hit. Good example is using it in combination with Gogg Armor. In your case, it would go well with the Bow special. - Can be paired with almost anything. Spells, skills etc. CONS - Too dependent on Hits. Pretty bad for one or two hit attacks. - Infliction rate is overall lesser than Sunburst Amulet. - No Burn Potency. Overall for you, I recommend Sunburst Amulet.
