Oh right, guests! The whole reason this release was late was because I completely rewrote the guests' code. They should function exactly the same as before, but this time centralised through the Balance Engine so it's easier to update things. Vince the Drakel (0 br lean) 3 Ranged Energy hits, +10 BTH. Tathlin (0.3 br lean) Light Melee. Toggle between: - 2 hits, 100% total damage - 1 hit, -50% damage, monster becomes Dazed (25.2% stun chance, 2 turns), resist with save at +0 (inflict with CHA/LUK, resist with END/LUK) Warlic (0.5 br lean) Magic, seeks between the standard 8 elements. Attack is one hit. Deals *0.8 damage and has *1.2 upkeep cost. Aquella (1/4 br lean) 50% chance of one hit, Magic Energy, 80% total damage 50% chance of two hits, Melee Energy, 120% total damage Robina (1/4 br lean) Comes in Earth+Wind, Fire+Ice, Water+Energy, and Light+Darkness variants Normal attack is two Ranged hits, seeks between the two elements. Has *1.1 upkeep cost to compensate Zorbak (0.6 br lean) Equal chance of: - Two Magic Darkness hits, *1.05*0.75 damage, +5 BTH lean - One Melee Darkness hit, *1.05*0.75 damage, -5 BTH lean - One Ranged Earth hit, *1.05*1.5 damage If your HP and MP are both below 50%, then he does a 1-hit Darkness Magic attack, *1/3 damage, *0.85 damage and autohits, and heals your HP and MP each equal to the damage dealt *1.2. Cap'n Rhubarb (0.6 br lean) 4 hits, Ranged Energy (There's also a Piratical version that triggers on ninjas: +10% damage, element seeks, and x0.8 upkeep against ninjas; -2.5% damage and x1.05 upkeep otherwise) Riona (0.4 br lean) 4 hits, seeks Fire/Energy, Magic, +10 BTH lean. *1.1 cost for seeking. Artix (0.3 br lean) - Has a [your current HP]/[max HP] chance of attacking for two hits, Light Magic, -3 BTH lean. - Otherwise, does one hit, Healing Magic, *0.9*0.85 damage. Both attacks do +10% damage against monster categories "undead", "doom", "tutorial", "necromancer", "zombie" and -5% damage otherwise. (There's also an MC version where you can toggle between the two, but nothing uses it yet.) Galanoth (0.1 BR lean) One hit, Melee Earth. Against dragons, he deals +20% Void damage and Poisons the monster (Harm, 1 turn) (resist with a +0 save, CHA/LUK vs END/LUK), and has *0.8 cost Against drakel or dragonkin, he deals +5% damage, seeks Harm+Earth, and Poisons the monster (as above but +20 save bonus) Against anything else, he has *1.2 cost. Regardless, has *1.25 cost because it fits better thematically than a massive downtrigger. Twilly (0.5 br lean) - Has a [your current HP]/[max HP] chance of attacking for one hit, Earth Melee. - Otherwise, does one hit, Healing Magic, *0.9*0.85 damage. (There's also an MC version where you can toggle between the two, but nothing uses it yet.) Mercuria (0.6 br lean) Magic Fire guest. Click to toggle between: - 5 hit. If all 5 connect then the monster becomes Thermally Shocked (1 turn) (+0 save bonus, CHA/LUK vs END/LUK) - 1 hit, -10 BTH lean
