First time posting on this side of the forums, I look forward to sharing a bit of things here. Wish I found this sooner.

I'll start off my saying thanks for having me, I been playing AQ since I was 11, I'll be 27 in March.

I'd like to classify myself as a returning player of AQ due to being sporadic for a few years.

I've also played my share of other AE games: DF, AQW, MQ, ED

 By popular demand, the number of replies the Birthday / Leaving / Returning / Welcoming Thread has received between my annual birthday messages:

2016 to 2017 = 24
2017 to 2018 = 23
2018 to 2019 = 6
2019 to 2020 = 11
2020 to 2021 = 6
2021 to 2022 = 5
2022 to 2023 = 5

Do with these statistics what you will.

Coming back to the forums after a two year break. Posting on this side of it for the first time. Also it's my former main character's anniversary. That kinda-sorta knocks three out of four in a single post, I suppose.

 *yawn* Been a while, hasn't it? Six and a half years since my last post, over a decade since I "officially" left. The time really does fly.

I'm not going to say that I'm officially "back" by any means, but I figured the time was right to check in on the ol' stomping grounds, prove that I'm still kicking. So, here I am. Kick kick.

Things have clearly quieted down a lot here over the years, and that's sad, but honestly, I'm just happy that it's still around at all. Can't say that for a lot of places that were around back then. It's actually quite comforting to see how little has changed around here other than the activity levels. Feels almost like coming home.

So... yeah, that's about it. Like I said, I'm not "back", but maybe I'll check in a bit more often.
