why don't you make it into classes? better organization, better control, cleaner, easy to update, etc ;)

i made a website for all my crappy flash animations, it's http://www.screenbreaker.com my friend made the html and i helped a bit, then put on the games, also i drew everything [:)]

i made a sweet game, my best yet by my opinion, altough i say that about ALL my games...also this 1 i did all by myself with no tuts or help at all! http://www.screenbreaker.com/Commando.swf if u cant put the third number in on opening the escape pod, press 0 again and when ur done click the green screen :)

flsg:the thing is, fro most of my games whenever i type sumthing in my computer it usually crashes, cuz its a lab top XD so then i forget whut i wrote down cuz my memeory suks worse then my lap top so then i ask sum1 also i suk at geometry :) im proud of that 1 tho edit(as usuall): did anybody like my game, im making a sequel :)

egagon :D amusement yeah, from the book eragon. just cause its a cool name, and i thought of it two years ago D: As soon as I get around to it I'll put in a request for a new name. ^_^ and yeah, I can't help that fact. I'm making something, and its sort of silly to learn a new language as you learn to create an engine. I'm only self-taught in one major field at a time xD

I need An Answer kinda Quick ploz I want a button to play a movie clip. But its not one movie clip but 3 diffeent buttons for 3 different movie clips its gonna be on (release) Sumfin i really need some help

dominic_r_monroe: then you CAN hardcode and use 3 different script on 3 buttons or you could use:(paste this on the first frame) _global.playMC()=function(mc:Object,fr:Object):Void{ mc.gotoAndPlay(fr) } on the buttons: on(release){ playMC(yourMCName,theFrame) } BTW, I'm not THAT advanced. Still doing some XML manipulations for fun...And school restarts soon, so I won't be able to program a lot
