    Bio: A female Elf in charge of advertising (The word Ballyhoo = Public Advertising).

    Function: Offers players a magic treasure chest. Players can open it to watch advertisements for in-game rewards. Also offers Great Forest Axe and Flaxe as temporary test weapons.
