But also Look At the Stickys :\| there all Q&A's not Help guides, and if this gets stickyed Many People are ganna Make a paint.net for beginners, then its ganna get Sticky, Then Its Ganna be Cluttered Up there :\ because people are ganna make different Programs help guides. get what im saying =D Zenron Care to add my Xcf. and Stock Pack? Its in the same thread (should of put different thread)

Wow Im slow. I always thought filters was like a um whats it called it like a render that comes with a backround. But its a menu. And I been using it the whole time.............. Oh and this is really useful I know I learned something from thiss when I first read it I just forgot what it was..... Edit: Kept reading and came across I meant stock.
