Here's a tut. My very first one so it isn't very good. Icey background. First, open up a new canvas. Mine was 430 by 300. First, choose any circle brush and choose any color that looks like cyan. Then, make a circle in the bottom left corner. Then, make a larger circle over the first circle, but make sure to lower the opacity. Ideally, by 10. Keep repeating this until the entire canvas is filled. Now, go to filters<distorts<mosaic. You screen should look like this [image]http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc300/mohamedzv2/Icetut.jpg[/image] Now, if you want to brighten the background, use choose the color white and change the opacity to 23.5. If yuo want to darken, do the same thing but with a dark blue brush. Now, if you want, go to light and shadow<gradient flare<default and then move it to where you would like. This was my result: [image]http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc300/mohamedzv2/ice-1.jpg[/image]
