Bio: An ancient Silari (one of the races that preceded the modern Drakel), who dislikes his title of "Lord". The first communicant of The`Galin.
Function: Known most notably for sowing chaos amongst the races, especially for convincing the Brilhado to join The`Galin. He appears to regret these decisions.
