ok why in the heck are there lvl 10+ items, why are there z-token items? Why do we get to look at a guardian upgrade we CAN'T get. This makes no sense to me.

Higher leveled weapons are probably there for the staff to play around with in their testing (maybe there's no equivalent of the Reaper Shop up yet :P). It doesn't really affect us, so there's no reason to worry about it.
