Swaying cisor is a melee fire weapons with the same stats as the rocket launcher

Guys I just found something cool. In my unending search for the AE team's Secret Lab. I found out what I beleive to be the street.

Osprey lane.

Spelled just the same as the osprey series in WF. The light gun. Maybe they named it after it?

coincidence?

Ospreys are birds, and the head of the osprey weapons is shaped kinda like a bird's head. I'm pretty sure that's why it's called the osprey series :P

A quick note for everyone - Guns do not use STR. This is a major change from AQ's Ranged Damage formula. That formula is used in places where it would be appropriate (such as Weapon Throw...), but Guns do not use it.

They don't get stat damage except form lucky strikes. However, if you throw the weapon instead of firing it it uses STR/10 + DEX/40.

i have never seen a lucky strike ever on wf except against me!
+ what is the best stats for strikers my id is 6373805 get ur char page up take your number and put that in for char page unless it can be put on profile

No damage stat bonus to guns seems like a good reason to make them CRAZY powerful. Just saying.

for you to get lucky strike you have to have points in the luck stat,

I'm really enjoying the WarpGuardian armor skills, but I wish the armor didn't cover up part of my character's face! Poor Drakel's probably gonna get a bruise on his snout. [8D] Seems like it would be easy enough to remove that yellow tip on the artwork.

Do you guys know if the warguardian boomerang is a "gun" or does it get a STR bonus? I think it does I'm getting higher damage.

Fire- warped rocket launcher
Water- honed hullscuffer Z
Wind- Breezy beam lance
Earth- default
Ice- Chilled beam sword
Energy- SR5Z
Light- Osprey 10Z
Darkness- warp darkened beam staff

Those are the best for each element.

I said in the Beta that Gunners, and Magic/Skill users, are weaker then Strikers since Strength is the only stat that adds to Damage and only for Melee/Throw. Plus since Guardian Gunners get boned with the Boomerang they get screwed even more.

If range weapons either got a large increase damage, including the Boomerang, or got bonus damage from Dex it would be worth it then. Right now though I feel sorry for anyone who upgraded a Gunner to Warp Guardian and got stuck with the Boomerang.

I'm sure if enough people don't like it the staff (or who evere balances stuff for WF) will fix it.

at last i'm lv 20 my stats are str 35,dex 25,end 30 and luk 10 now to try and find the best weps here is my char clicky
