The Fate of Captain Briggs
Bio: One of the greatest pirates to sail the seas. He has been trapped in the abandoned ruins of an underwater Drakel domed city for 5 years as a result of his search for treasure in a location of the sea that has not been tainted by water-breathing potions.
Function: Boss battle.
