The original goal of having the password visible was so that people could see what they are tying so they would be less likely to forget it.

But I agree that with those auto-fill thingies, it is too easy for people to steal passwords, if they are sharing computers with others.
I have fixed the web page.

What does my Master Account "LEVEL" do?

Note: I only use ultimate game cards to pay.

The last time I bought master account points I was sent a message to my email saying:

You have a PayByCash balance of 13.27 USD.
To use it:
1. Go to the EpicDuel site
2. Select PayByCash as your payment method.
3. You will see the balance on your account.
4. You can then apply it to your order.

The next time I wanted to buy points I noticed that they now call it ultimate points balance. On my ultimate points balance it said I had 0points. Then I quesioned myself how do I use my paybycash balance and how can my balance to my master account be 0 if I have made payments in the past where I earned a balance. After I bought the master account points I got a message to my email saying:

You have an UltimatePay balance of 3,967 UltimatePoints. You can use this balance to pay for your future UltimatePay orders.

The big problem is that when I went on my master account to see how much ultimate points I had it said I had 283 ultimate points. Basically
my PaybyCash Balance was not converted to Ultimate Points. How do I use my PaybyCash balance, when my master account only lets me use my ultimate points balance? And if I cant use my paybycash balance doesnt that mean money was stolen from me. o..o

They can somehow combine your PayByCash balance and your UltimatePoints balance into one account.

if i just received a Visa giftcard
and when it is writed on the package that it is accepted where visa cards are
How can i use it to buy points in the Master accounts?

(P.S. ive also send this question to paypal, but not about the Master account but the Paypal site)


EDIT:
When Visa says "accepted where visa cards are" what they mean is physical in-store purchases.
If your card has a phone number or web site where you can register your card with your full name and mailing address, then your card might work for online purchases.

How come we can't unlink accounts that we put money on? That makes no sense to me! Can you please allow us to unlink those accounts please? Its really irritating. (Do I have to contact someone? If so link please!)

Unlinking a paid-for account would mean that the owner is trying to trade, share, or sell accounts, which is not allowed.

Sorry! Game accounts that have been upgraded with Points can not be unlinked.

I bought alot of Gems on it but i want to give my acc to a friend, so how will i do it?



I believe that if you do try to unlink your mq account, you'll lose the upgrade. I did a double check through the help pages of mechquest and in the Faq to see if I could locate an answer for your question, but I didn't see anything at all pertaining to the particulars of your question. You can spend 100 Points on a BladeHaven upgrade.

There will be other small Point amount things coming soon.

The Master Account System is apart of EpicDuel, you get hacked on EpicDuel your account goes "POOF".
My question for the A.E Team, Are they even planning on seperating EpicDuel from Master Account System?
EpicDuel is also a game, and the Master Account System is the one who fully protects your account.

So why is EpicDuel connected to the Master Account System? I am really expecting EpicDuel to be seperated
from the Master Account System, so if your epicduel account gets hacked your other games won't be affected. Because
there on your Master Account System.

when i play bladehaven it says to login so i login and then it says that i can close the window and return to bladehaven after logging in but nothing changes

Okay, I know exactly what you're talking about. Instead of exiting that particular window, press the option that says "Mygames" This will bring you to a selection screen that has the option to select "Minigames" once there you will see a panel that shows 3 links. To be sure you are on the correct area look for these three link-names. Friends List, BladeHaven and HeroSmash. Once you have located those 3, go ahead and click on Bladehaven and you'll be good to go. Hope this helps you. ~Dnw

hmm today i was thinking somthing. i rememberd that i verified the wrong DF account and so i was like "D: now ill never get the guardain class" and now i was wondering : why can we verify other AE game with our master accounts? i mean they all are connected so why cant i just go to the game selection and just have a button where is says "______ verifacation" replace "___" with a AE game like AQ, or AQW and DF. so this could also UNLINK accounts that were not ment to be linked. so why has anyone thought of doing this with a master account? you dont need anymore proof of that its your game account BECAUSE ITS IN YOUR MASTER ACCOUNT, so my qestion is : why cant er verfiy and unverify our AE games account with our master account?

Hello, ive been checking trough everything but yet havent found any answer on my question, though some was very similar but they werent the same, well to the point, I want to know how i can do to recognise that i have a Guardian account on Adventurequest to Dragonfable, cause of what i know you cant buy a guardian account to dragonfable? Like First i had bought the guardian-x on adventure quest Then i saw the master account feature so i made one, but it havent been recognised on Dragonfable, so i wonder how i should do?

There is a place on the Dragonfable homepage that allows you to verify your guardian account.

The vast majority of players reporting that their account has been hacked, have actually shared their account and password information with a scammer, hoping to get free stuff from them.

Anyways, my question is: Are there Master Account Design Notes? because I am curious what AE is adding and working on the Master Account.


I don't believe that the Master accounts have design notes. At least as far as I know, we don't have a design note for the Battleon M.A's but don't quote me on that, there's a chance I could be wrong. But as far as I have seen, there isn't one.~Dnw
