HELP! I have a dire issue here. You see, I have 2 master accounts, one of these accounts are linked with my main AQ character which is a level 82 x-guardian. I have saved up about 3000 artix points on my account that is NOT linked with my man AQ account. The problem is that i have no chance to login to my older(worthless) account which is linked with my character. When i try to link my AQ character with my Master account which has 3000 points, it says that it is already linked with another account, which I can't login to! Please help me if you know how i can fick this! Btw. I've paid 7 bucks for points.

Hai, I have a Master Artix Account (That has about 900 Artix Points, and i keep getting more through offers) but i also have my AQWorlds Account linked to my brothers Master Artix Account. I have upgraded for 5,000 AC under my brothers Master Artix Account. Now i can't unlink my AQWorlds Account and link it to my neew Artix Account. I really need to unlink it from my brothers. (I was 9 when i linked it to my brothers. i am 12 now and now made my own MAA.(Master Artix Account). i had no other choice when i linked it to my brothers, thats why its linked to his account.) Please Help.

I asked a question like this before. Didn't understand the answer. But let me ask again. Can you guys just delete a master account? If the person is being mean or rude. I don't have any problems with other people. But I have this old account that I forgot its password and the secondary email I used for. And it had my DF account on it. So, can you guys delete the master account and unlink the games attached? I would be grateful if you do and okay if you don't. The account is quarterhead. Thank you. (p.s. I you do help I will not only be helpful I will get the calender if it is deleted cause I love timekiller and I'm sick of using all my promo codes on AQW.)

edit: I want my DF to be unlinked, cause I really like the calender/poster and I think theres potential for timekiller in DF.

unlinking linkyOne link that tells you how to unlink accounts, and, Master Account Support Team another link that you fill out the information and send that off to the master account support/help team. How can I change my e mail that is linked to my master account if i can no longer access the old e mail address? I can not log in on my old e mail i used when i created my master account many years ago. it is not letting me update a new e mail as it is saying i need to follow a link from a sent email to confirm or something.

So I forgot my master account user name is there anyway that I could get that user name back because I have my upgraded DF account linked to and I was thinking about buying something for it plus I have Artix Points on it but I deleted my previous payment history on my e-mail?

After searching through the Master Account myself, I'd say your best option of inquiring this would be to the master account support staff, though there is the possibility that changing account names could be a problem due to whatever other games one may have linked. But my recommendation is contact support staff for master account and find out what they reply with.~Dnw

What should i do?


EDIT: UltimatPay is our gateway to Credit Card payments, and many other types of payments.
You should see credit card as an option.
If not, try using Paypal instead.

HELP PLEASE!
I'm a little panicked right now because I really want to be an AlphaKnight on AQ3D. I've been WAITING for this...
My problem is that the email address associated with my master account is TOO LONG for the system to register, yet for some reason it still let me set this address in stone. The only way I can get into my portal account is by entering or copy/pasting my full email address into the home page tab. If I try anywhere else, it doesn't work because it cuts off the last 2 characters of my address! This means that AQ3D won't let me play because it doesn't seem to accept email addresses with a certain number of characters. Why wouldn't it TELL me this? Why wasn't I WARNED that my address was too long? I have a level 16 portal account with a lot of upgrades in AQW, and it's completely USELESS for any game that uses the "one login to rule them all" feature. What can I do? I CAN'T just make a new portal account and link my game accounts to that because it won't let me severe connections to accounts I've upgraded in!
Please... I really need some kind of answer. Time is running out.[&:]

Currently my only solution is to create a new AQW account, upgrade it in the smallest way possible (900 AC package I believe) then use it to get into AQ3D...

Why not just change your E-Mail?

You mentioned that it allowed you to login to the Portal.Battleon website, so all you have to do is go to the "My Accounts" tab and
change your E-Mail. When that's done, just confirm it and you should be all set!

So i've lost my user to my Master Account and I can't get it. I know NOW you have to use your e-mail to login, but I made my account a really long time ago and it was when you could use a simple name. I requested my info to be sent to my email but when it gets sent, only my password is shown and the user info is blank?? it says I have 13 games linked. I registered again and used the same email and the register was successful? What the heck? idk if AE deleted my Master Account for inactivity but it has all my accounts linked to it and I really want the account username.. i've tried logging in with all my usernames possible and none of them work? Plus when I try to link my AQW account to another Master Account it doesn't even tell me what email it's linked to...

right now i have an alt aq account that due to some reason i lost the password of the master acc and i can't recover it with the the master acc password recovery link, i suppose because the email attach to it have not yet been confirm or mistype when i was creating the account.

Is there a way to unlink the aq account from it or get back the master acc password, reason i want to unlink it is i just found out that i could link multiple aq accounts to one master account only ( in the pass i didn't know i could do that)

@Zex0 If you mean the AQW vip membership, I'm about 69 percent certain that you can't because that would be similar to switching an account with membership and such on it, I'm not 100 percent certain, but i'm fairly certain enough to provide an answer, however you could inquire this with the master account support team, Just look for the tab at the top right in portal battleon that says help/support. click that and scroll down the list, this would likely fall under Account issues. So you could always check with them, and please be patient if it takes some time for a response.
