Effect: Normally, nothing. You can click on the item during your turn to transform into the PetaSnide Transformation armor, which also gives you +40 STR, +25 END, -40 CHA as long as you remain in the armour. Equipping the armour has no cost.
If you are in PetaSnide Transformation armor, there is a 12% chance of performing Attack #2 (See Armor Entry for more details.)
