Bio: BlackWhisker is a PieRat, a rat... dressed in pirate garbs. He has teamed up with the Ninjas to take over the high seas, and his first target was Captain Rhubarb! A truce was called after the war, and now he's working with Captain Rhubarb to search for Captain Briggs.
Function: First a boss battle, BlackWhisker now acts as a guest.
