    Bio: Part of the Centerprise Crew, he is an alternate version of our Lore's Captain Rhubarb.

    Function: Helps atomize and disperse the skull on Phatter Elan. Also attempts to get the spacecraft out from Phatter Elan when tractor beams hold it back, but fail to do so and provides another suggestion.
