You mean the Titles between your Name and Avatar in Posts?
You cannot change it unless you are a Staff Member.

There are several different types of special titles.

If you mean the Title of a Thread. Like "Thread Titles" is this one,
Go into Edit Mode on the original/first Post (If you're the Thread Starter), and Edit the Title in the box above your Message.
