And how in the world are we supposed to enhance our weapons and armors anyways with the crazy price? With Varium players everywhere, where in the world are we supposed to get our credits from if we lose every single time? Sure, we could NPC, but that's not the point of the game, is it? It's hard enough for us to farm credits for rares. Now we also have to farm for enhancements that cost like 100,000 credits (3125 wins for ONE weapon to get 6 enhancement slots)? Does anyone see what I'm trying to say here? It's just plain sick and insane. I'm just amazed at what the devs are trying to do here. I guess we non-variums are truly trash.

I've never posted on ED forums before, but as soon as I saw this thread I knew it was time for me to express myself as a f2p.
I took a break from this for a few months as a mage (which i dont play with anymore, cuz he just cant keep it up) and created a BH when Gamma came out.
Anyway, she (my Bh character) is now 29 and I missed the Winter Cleavers, which means my stuck with..uhmm...one physical blades at lvl 30 with only +8 stats and nothing more to choose from. And, as already said by most of you, enchancements for f2p r definately out of reach.
So, yeah, I agree with all of you that also think that Nightwraith and Titan don't give a c--- about f2p, cuz every single update they give Varium Buyers more and more selection, while f2p get to stick with weak and super limited selection.

It only cost 30,000 to enhance four. I think they made it expensive so only die hard f2ps can take the advantage. You also have divine daggers with 10 stat boosts and 30 energy damage

Yeah I reckon Divine Daggers exist, and they r better stat-wise, but I was mentioning only Physical wrist-blades.
In any way, only two non-rare wrist blades after level 30? I guess I dont have much of a choice, but if I want to boost my damage, I'll have to give up my Emperor's blades which have +13 stat boost for blades with +8 and +10... wheres the logic in that? Why do higher level blades even have lower stats?

But the crucial point is Varium get weapons every simple updates, while f2p stay on the gutter... Just look at Valentines weapons: one lvl 25 gun and one lvl 30 energy sword (which isnt so bad, apart from costing 15,000 and the fact that f2p'ers have to FARM for their credits). I still think they are neglecting that f2p'ers exist, only for the sake of more and more money!!

Apart from that, IMO, 5,000 for +1 stat point is PLAIN RIDICULOUS; but even more illogical is the fact it isnt proporcional and increases with the more stat points you invest on an item!! It is a lot of credits and makes Item Enhancements nearly inacessible for F2p'ers, which only further widens the gap.

@ xX Lotus Xx I didn't even knew some Varium buyers complained about having too many credits.

But yeah, they get Credits along with Varium in their packages (correct me if I'm wrong). Even if they r completelybroken when a batch of new weapons is released, they can just buy them, and thus be able to have any rares they wish, while f2p'ers cant... And as far as I reckon and already been said by someone in this thread IIRC, Rares r VITAL if f2p'ers even think of standing a chance to stay competitive nowadays (mostly cuz only Rares more or less keep up with the Stat Inflation).

That's why I nearly gave up of PvP and started almost strictly NPC farming. Until the 20's, I used to win matches against players nearly 5 lvls higher simply 'cuz 1) Varium isnt much used, so from 1-20, Varium = non-Varium; 2) I'm a startegical player, and I'm quite used to adapt my strategies acording to my opponents to win. But with such a WIDE gap, not even strategizing I'm able to pull it through when I face lvl 32 Varium players.

Until non-varium features are put on display I say it's a pay-to-win game.

An Optional Varium Server (It would be a slight relief for 2v2).

Did you see any Game "Pay to Lose" or "Pay to be same with not paying ppl" ?

That will be Ridiculus.I think this thread Meaningless.It should be Pay to win , if you cant afford than win other non variums , u will not able to win Varium players if you dont have extreme Luck.

I complain , i got much credit but i do enhancements than it become normal , after 2 weeks i will start complaining again :) , i think admins should let us to transfer credit to alt Chars in main acc.

Ok time for another non- varium player to talk.

Well personally i think f2p bh are doomed if they dun get any rare weps. yep there not many builds a bh can use without rares. A f2p merc can use thier best wep mjolnir, a f2p mage can use cadens wrath but wat can a bh use nothing they just lose, lose more and get trashed if they dun have rares. i would like to see a useable build for f2p bh without rare and enhancements. well is that possible. i got a non-rare build for my merc alt and a non rare build for my mage alt. they work but it be better if u use a rare. cant seem to make a non rare bh buld which yeilds good %. FYi i started wif a bh first. played a bh for 4 months. it is f2p. without booster it take sheer luck to beat a fully variumed person.but when i use booster the var people say it is unfair cause booster spoiled their plans.

Oh yeah 1 more thing can a F2p even gat the treasure hunter achivement i guess no cause i almost have like 15 rares. yeah15+1 bike+1mjolnir+1armor+ 2booster=20 slot filled up wat u expect a f2p to do to get that simple badge.sell bike try to get arcade bike dun use booster.sell mjolnir and armor. 20 rares is that enuf to get that badge. i dun think a non var can even get it and who in the right mind would see their armor for a rare(unless u saved 19k and loads more to enhance back your mjolnir and armor).19k+100k+50K=169k creds come on who can save that much credits. the halloween weps for non var are gone but are they labbled as rare. the answer to that is a big NO. and do u really want to waste soo much credits to just get that badge the ans for me is i no.

@TurkishIncubus,i'm getting pretty tired of your dictatorship on this forum and your inability,or lack of simple comprehension.You seem to say random things that make 0 sense,but you want to tell me my thread is meaningless?

My thread raised some valuable concerns,the fact that a lvl30 bounty and beyond has 2 weapons to choose from in the entire game,if they don't use varium.I never said varium players should be beaten by free players a lot.But paying for absolute skill is bull.Free players have to obtain rares and get lucky,how the heck does that work.

And let me tell you,you're the only person on these boards iv'e ever seen that constantly posts nonsense,nothing you ever say makes any sort of sense and your spelling is equally horrible.

I mean,every single day you pretty much post:

''Mages needz buffs we week,give buff please.Hour healloop is gone,we have nothingzz,prease yelp us.''

That's how you sound and you tell me my thread is meaningless.I can hardly ever make out what you're writing,please don't insult my thread if it actually makes sense.My entire thread was basically MEANINGFUL.It sheds light,but apparently some people need some spoon feeding to understand a simple concept.

@edwardvulture,he needs to learn that his word isn't law,everywhere he goes he posts about how weak mages are.How is this thread in any way meaningless compared to that.And you know what?Stuff like this hardly ever get done something about in epicduel,so this thread closing won't affect anything.

Problems like these are persisting,despite people asking nicely.Then people started asking just nice,then just asked.And now look at the epicduel forum?Look at the amount of complaints,this thread of mine was on the third page,dead anyway.Then some people decided to respond and revived it.

I raised my concern,wasted my time.I get that,but at least i tried ey?

3)I only write mage problems if there is balance discussion.

f2p mages are ok. f2p bh are the 1 which r suffering if the dun get the xmas claws ther do not have any other strong or good claws. mage have cadens wrath.

Yes Non Varium ppl should be mercs in my opinion , Mercs can do STR build. Start+Maul(stun)+Berserker , with this they can win a Varium player which proves its free to play , you asked Free to play or Pay to win , that was an example of free to play , if you cant understand Sorry for you.Did you see a Non Varium Mage wining A varium player? NO .

@TurkishIncubus,meaningless is a bad word when referring to someone else's thread.The word meaningless means that something is without meaning and therefore pointless.I started this discussion to raise a point.You basically insulted my thread and therefore i made it personal.

Secondly,how many classes are there in this game?I count 3.Not everyone is a merc,the game should benefit all classes since there are 3.This makes your point NULL AND VOID.Berzerker and stun maul are skills that belong to mercenaries alone,not to any other class.

Is that hard for you to understand?You started out by calling my thread meaningless,don't start what you can't finish or i will address you poorly and without respect.Kind of like how you treated my opinion with disrespect.

Look , You said Non Varium weps should be equal to Seasonal Non varium weps or Seasnals shouldnt go rare , Something like that.Seasonal weps is almost same with Varium weps, If we let all 32 lwl Non varium Mercs to use Ice crusher ,they can win Varium Players in 2 hits which will make Free to Play , Than i said it should be Pay to win ,

First I think you are acting sensitive. I think This Thread is Meaningless = " Bence Bu Konuyu tartışmamız anlamsız" is in Turkish I meaned it PLS translate it , if its same what i said , than there is a Cultural problem because in My country its a normal thing to say.

Second , Classes are not balanced thats the truth , belive or not.There should be Balance but now Non Varium STR Mercs can kill Varium players , thats the reality.I didnt said All non Variums should be Mercs , i said if you want to win Varium players you should be Merc and use STR build.
Explanation(because you still cant understand):
Non Varium STR Merc(F2P) vs Varium player(paying ppl) , Merc can win With a correct build and thats an example of this game is F2P is it too hard to understand.

this is turning out to be a war oh well who care lets just post wat i think. non var merc can do 2 turn kill( maul and zerk) if they use the new ice crusher maul. they cant do it with the emerald maul because it is way weaker. bh can win like hell wif thier new claws. without them thye can do much. while mages new non var staff seem like a sword but much better because it unlocks asim and other spells. i find the mages get the worse ice wep because it does nothing much to help them. just more dmg and unlock asim can use other staffs to unlock asim. i find bio staff 2 to be very useful for my mage. by far non var mercs are the top of the pack for non var because they can own in both 2v2 and 1v1. y are they at the top is because they get awsome rares. but mind u they rares and they will dissapear if u dun get em. u must first get the rare in order to own.

dun for get f2p str bh with winter claws they can easily kill var mages if they have full enhancements.

I fight most str non var mercs day to day and i know all u have to do is either, intimidate if your a merc, assimilate if your a mage, or emp if your bh. then its almost game over against str mercs. I know this because i kill 75-85% of varium str mercs. Also I've played you and u have 110 hp which is way more then a str merc can take down in 2 turns.

^ the thing is i have to play with Non varium Mercs like they are a Varium player, a small mistake can make me lose and There is still Non varium Mercs wining me ,not in 2 hits but they still can , if we let all players to have these strong weps in everytime they want than there will be no difference between Non varium and Varium . The idea Of being Varium is finding the strongest weps in everytime.If we let Non variums has same thing that will be unfair.

yes that is an onther example of Non varium Power.If all Non variums use Winter claws than what will happen , With 1 crit Non variums will be able to win Varium players.

they've only got 1 strong weapon which can only work with 1 build. its limited and expensive. Its not even that strong 6/7/5, barely comparable to varium weapons. I even used that weapon just to try it out and it wasnt particularly OP. When i was non var i made a much stronger str build with soul harvester. getting into top 5 1v1.

^ remember luck plays a big part in a battle. a str merc can stun almost any 1 when they have max mual( that is 40% chance of stunning). ice crusher maul is a good wep to use wif the yublite terror or something idk the name i call it present zooka. str mercs need dex and str and the weps require dex and str. i think davitaaaa won using the ice cresher maul build idk but u can always ask him.

its called yuletide terror. also u if you have a focus 5 build u are normally fine if you some how make attack less effective.
