As an OPTIMIST I say yes eventually. Anything really good takes time. So enjoy other stuff while you wait or you might miss something really good. :)

Don't get your hopes up to soon.ED has been known to release stuff months or even a year later from its expected date

I highly doubt there will be a release this upcoming Friday due to the fact all of the AE staffs are making new games. So look forward to those rather than the EpicDuel release would be my advice.

They probably will release in 2-3 weeks. the 2v1 boss battle should come, hence the beastly level 50 snork looking dude.

2-3 weeks is enough time for someone to reach from lvl 1 to lvl 30 to be prepared for that boss battle if they pick the right build.

I remember a post from the Admins once stating that they would have many features on the "Coming Soon" list implemented already if they didn't have to put up with patching all the hacks out there. Most of their effort went to dealing with hackers. Once they get the game stable then they will be able to release more features more rapidly.

when i was a non varium player i leveled up from lvl 27 to lvl 32 in 1 opening if you are dedicated enough (and u get a str build its quick :)) u will level up quick. I did kill the odd var player by using superior tactics such as BB then rage auxing ;)

^ George Lowe is 1vs1 NPC , most ppl defeat him in 1vs1.I guess Zedmyr but there can be a new npc

Optimistic: Possibly the level 50 NPC is an intro to 2v1 boss battles? Possibly quest mode will introduce this new exhilarating feature? Pessimistic: It will be released on December 21st 2012!!! YAY!!!

They will happen. It just takes time to do these types of big releases. Also, people tend to want something new every week. To satisfy OUR wants, the staff have delayed the release of things like 2vs1.
