*headdesk* such is the existence of Desperate Measures... but i'm not quite sure even THAT is acceptable to me

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 18:17:18)

Well, to be fair, you dawdled on their romance a bit too long... But regardless, that will help set up things to come, and their lingering for so long allows for sooo many possibilities for the results of their... complacency, I guess would be the word.

I, personally, think it's still more than salvageable, and could become quite an apt launching platform for future melancholy and horror.

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 18:26:53)

not to worry dear boy, when i get back into desperate measures, the big, not-so-bad skelly will seperate them by making psi go through the four trials all by his lonesome. it was planned anyway :P

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 18:42:29)

WOOT!!!!!!

Care to create twists and turns to make it more dramatic, and not redundant?

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 19:10:53)

i'm not good at beating around the bush, really, but i'll see what i can do.
still a few suggestions here and there won't hurt. i mean i might need all the help i can get

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 19:38:07)

I suggest lava monster heat actually doing something, and glowing metal.

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 20:19:25)

and since psi is part machine, what good would the i-ac pill do? maybe he should try to upgrade his ventilation beforehand...[>:]

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 22:09:04)

Oh, it would work, because the biological potions would be cooled down and absorb the heat... it's just that the metal parts would at the very least be extremely hot, at least to the level of glowing.

At least it's not as bad as it would be irl... If you go anywhere near lava, you catch on fire, in real life.

lol

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 22:11:38)

umm... glowing metal doesn't sound too good, cause if i remember right... *gulp* metal gets soft that way! :O

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 22:32:23)

Tends to be so, yes. More maleable, too.

I am presuming it wouldn't be at melting point, to give you a reasonable survivability level.

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/22/2012 22:35:30)

still, not good. and to make things worse that skeleton would take note of that, so psi would have to play it smart in the volcano trial

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/23/2012 11:24:44)

I still say that should have been the most difficult trial. -.-

Certainly took the longest.

Only Tradertown would compare in difficulty to it, to be honest, should things make more sense in that game... and yet he calls it the easiest. XP

To be honest, the other ones sorto disappointed me, although I DID enjoy the Tradertown one more than the slime nonsense. While Ingiru was cool, it wouldn't have posed effectively any challenge at all, save for the end boss. AND THEN YERGEN HAD TO FREAKING RUIN IT!!!!!!!!!! /facepalm

Deathitude was nice, though.

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/23/2012 11:59:09)

to you, maybe, but back when i was in the level teens, the only boss i was confident in soloing was blastermaster, and only because of chucky's saliva. now i just might feel like soloing kahli may after bulldozing the others first :P

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/23/2012 12:18:48)

Soo... have you soloed Un Death yet?

Also, I feel like dueling you, for some reason. XP

Along with that, that last post was sliiightly nonsensical.

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/23/2012 12:29:17)

*cries* i still can't beat him... [:(]

what, just to see how bad you might beat me?

who said i needed to make sense? XP

EDIT: i wonder if deathchallenge rooms can have more than one person in them... [>:]

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/23/2012 13:10:19)

If you mean the room with Un Death, then yes. Also yes if you mean the tiny area with o ne enemy and words from Yergen.

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/23/2012 13:18:46)

good, cuz i wanna see if he's really holding the 'best stuff' or if that's just a bunch of rubbish he's spewing from his chattering teeth

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/24/2012 12:50:49)

Sooo... does that mean you are asking for help to defeat him?

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/24/2012 13:07:59)

begging, actually, but only when you have some free time to spare[&:]

Drakkoniss -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/24/2012 13:37:41)

I have nearly 30 minutes free about now.

Vector -> RE: (HS) Trials of Morality Discussion (1/24/2012 13:57:53)

and i only just now see this reply...
guess it has to wait
